![]() ![]() You can use File > Document Properties and "Background Colour" option to set a different colour, but it affects both the pasteboard and the page. Unfortunately, the background colour of the pasteboard is not styleable separately from the colour of the page. Once you have a finished scheme you can export it and save it for new installations to come.I have a similar dark theme. Plasma has made some changes to color scheme settings that make it easier to find what you are looking for since I made my scheme so it should be easier now than it used to be. It took me over a year to get to the point where I was willing to say that it was finished, but now I have exactly what I want. While there is a lot of work and experimentation involved, it is worth creating your own custom color scheme. Global themes and Plasma themes should be set to generic versions whenever you plan on digging deeper into cosmetic settings, they are really best for people who don't want to go any deeper into the Plasma settings and who are happy with their defaults. Dark and light themes can override color scheme settings, if you are going to use color schemes you should start with a generic plasma theme.
